Shipping, returns and refund

Orders are usually fulfilled in 24h and we ship every business day. This can vary depending on touring schedule but will not affect Christmas and main Holidays.

We ship worldwide via USPS or UPS depending on package weight and dimensions from our warehouse located in Somis, California - USA.
We cannot control transit times as they depend on the carriers only.
International buyers are responsible for customs fees and local taxes.

Shipping rates are calculated on the items present in your cart and can be estimated in your shopping cart. They will be confirmed during checkout process and before placing your payment.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email from our web store followed by tracking info as soon as the order is fulfilled, packed and labeled.
We'll email you if there's any problem with the items you have ordered or if we need any further info on your order.

If you need to return your purchase, please email us to the following address including your order number and any necessary info for an exchange or a refund request:

You'll be provided all the necessary info to return your item. Please do not ship the item/s back until your return has been approved.

Returns are accepted up till 30 days after the purchase.
Item/s must be unworn and unwashed with original tags/labels where applicable. Items must not smell or present any pet's fur.
We will inspect the item and refuse the exchange or refund if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges can be requested for the same item in a different size/color or another item in the same amount.
Refund will cover the amount of the item/s but will not cover the shipping charges paid when the order was placed, nor the shipping charges to return the item/s.
